You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive store atmosphere.
What you'll do
As a Sales Associate at Tecovas, you will greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect boots, providing product knowledge and recommendations. You will support the store leadership team by maintaining an organized stockroom and ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the restock process, receiving shipments, and communicating with the leadership team about inventory levels. You will also participate in ongoing staff education, sharing your product knowledge with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
