Who you are

You are an entry-level designer eager to launch or advance your career at the intersection of technology and the built environment. You have a strong desire to work with exceptional engineers to creatively solve complex problems and enhance building experiences through connectivity and safety. You are ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional environment, participating in TEECOM's in-house training program to understand various technology systems including telecommunications infrastructure, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired and wireless networks.

You are enthusiastic about receiving mentorship and hands-on training in Revit, and you are prepared to collaborate effectively as part of a team. You understand the importance of delivering quality document packages to clients and are committed to developing your skills in design and engineering.

What you'll do

As an Entry-Level Designer at TEECOM, you will begin your career on the production team, learning to use Revit to deliver document packages to clients. You will receive delegated production work and will be expected to work effectively as part of a team. You will participate in the TEECOMuniversity in-house training program, which includes completing Bridge courses and engaging in one-on-one or group sessions to learn the fundamentals of technology systems. You will shadow senior designers to gain insights into their work and learn from their expertise.

Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and clients to ensure that the design meets the needs of the building's technology systems. You will be challenged to learn and grow, taking on new responsibilities as you develop your skills in design and engineering.
