You have a strong background in CRM systems, ideally with experience in Salesforce or similar platforms. Your ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams is essential, as you will lead onboarding and configuration sessions to customize workflows and reporting dashboards. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the implementation of Tekion's CRM solutions, working closely with dealer partners to ensure successful onboarding and configuration. You will customize CRM workflows, lead stages, campaigns, and reporting dashboards to align with the unique needs of each client. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions to drive user engagement and adoption, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify best practices and continuously improve the CRM functionalities offered to clients.
You will also analyze client feedback and performance metrics to refine CRM strategies and enhance user experiences. Your role will involve staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that Tekion remains at the forefront of innovation in the automotive retail space. You will be a key player in driving the success of our CRM initiatives, contributing to the overall mission of positively disrupting the automotive industry.
