What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of in-app engagement initiatives using Pendo. You will define, implement, and manage tagging strategies to measure user behavior and feature adoption. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape the user experience through targeted in-app messaging and analytics. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user data to identify trends and insights that inform product development and marketing strategies. You will work on driving user activation and product adoption, ensuring that users derive maximum value from the platform. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall product strategy by providing feedback and insights based on user engagement metrics.
