What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Competency-Based Training to Iowa Medicaid LTSS providers, ensuring they understand and comply with relevant regulations. You will provide technical assistance and consultation to enhance provider staff competencies in delivering direct services. Your role will involve managing contracts and ensuring that all project requirements and metrics are met. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials and sessions. Your efforts will contribute to increasing the overall competency of LTSS service providers across the state.
