Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in training and development, particularly in the healthcare or Medicaid sector — your background equips you to deliver Competency-Based Training (CBT) effectively. You understand the importance of compliance with state and federal regulations and can communicate these requirements clearly to providers and case managers. Your ability to manage contracts and ensure accountability for metrics and deliverables is a key strength. You are detail-oriented and can handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all training initiatives meet the necessary standards.
You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with various stakeholders, including providers and case managers. You are adept at providing technical assistance and consultation, helping others to improve their competencies in service provision. Your commitment to enhancing the quality of care through effective training is evident in your work ethic and approach.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Competency-Based Training to Iowa Medicaid LTSS providers, ensuring they understand and comply with relevant regulations. You will provide technical assistance and consultation to enhance provider staff competencies in delivering direct services. Your role will involve managing contracts and ensuring that all project requirements and metrics are met. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials and sessions.
