What you'll do

In this role, you will own the design vision for Agent+ engagements, collaborating closely with founders, clients, and engineers to translate complex requirements into seamless design systems. You will pioneer workflows that merge design and code, creating innovative solutions that redefine industry standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, prototyping, and testing to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.

You will also champion best practices within the organization, leading internal workshops and mentoring peers on design craft and product thinking.
