Tempus is hiring a Data Integration Analyst to facilitate the integration of healthcare data into their systems. You'll work with EHR platforms and ensure compliance with interoperability standards. This role requires a strong background in healthcare data integration.

Who you are
You have a strong background in healthcare data integration and are eager to support the mission of advancing precision medicine. Your experience includes collaborating with healthcare organizations and internal stakeholders to implement EHR/EMR integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange. You are detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to provide clear technical guidance and issue resolution during the integration process. Your analytical skills enable you to map and validate healthcare data from various EHR platforms, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You are passionate about leveraging technology and data science to improve patient outcomes and are excited to be part of a team that is transforming the healthcare industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with external providers and internal teams to implement EHR/EMR integrations, including order and result interfaces, clinical data ingestion, and interoperability workflows. You will support new customer onboarding by providing clear communication and technical guidance throughout the integration process. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, mapping, and validating healthcare data from various EHR platforms, ensuring compliance with HL7, FHIR, and other interoperability standards.
You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable data exchange between Tempus and healthcare providers nationwide. Your work will directly impact the ability of physicians to access real-time, actionable insights that improve patient care. You will be part of a dedicated Connectivity and Data Integration team that is committed to advancing the healthcare industry through innovative technology solutions.
