Your experience in a support role has equipped you with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Technology Operations.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for process improvement β you actively seek ways to enhance workflows and increase efficiency. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively ensures that you can handle the fast-paced nature of the role. You are committed to delivering exceptional support to both internal teams and external partners, ensuring that integration processes run smoothly.
What you'll do
As an Integrations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of third-party platforms, such as reservation systems and ticketing APIs. You will analyze integration issues and work closely with internal teams to resolve them promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to customer experiences.
