What you'll do

As the Solutions Director, you will lead efforts to establish and build partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, focusing on their needs for companion diagnostics and diagnostic testing in oncology. You will proactively identify and define opportunities for customer engagements, ensuring that Tempus's offerings align with the evolving landscape of precision medicine. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive revenue across our Life Science Research product and service lines.

You will be responsible for developing strategic direction for customer engagements, leveraging your expertise in NGS and IHC technologies. Your insights will help shape the future of clinical trials and patient care, as you work to connect real-world evidence with actionable insights for physicians. You will also be expected to travel up to 20-30% of the time to meet with partners and stakeholders.
