What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team, reporting directly to the Worldwide VP of Solutions Engineering. Your primary responsibility will be to hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on mid-market solutions. You will act as a technical coach and mentor, guiding your team through complex technical challenges and ensuring they have the resources needed to excel. You will also work cross-functionally to identify gaps and drive improvements in processes that enhance the effectiveness of the Solutions Engineering team.

Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction of the team and the solutions they provide, ensuring that Verkada continues to lead in the cloud physical security space. You will also be responsible for developing programs that support the growth and development of your team members, helping them to achieve their professional goals while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
