What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Protege, you will serve as the technical bridge between our customers, third-party vendors, and internal engineering teams. You will lead integration projects with external partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and success of our platform within healthcare organizations and AI workflows. You will work directly with partners and customers to own the end-to-end pipeline that runs from pre-sale to deal delivery, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor. Your role will involve creating technical documentation, playbooks, and best practices to facilitate effective communication and implementation of solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to ensure that customer needs are met and that our solutions are effectively integrated into their workflows. Your contributions will be vital in shaping how we implement solutions with our customers to power real-world AI systems.
