You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex data findings in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying trends and patterns in data that can lead to improved efficiency and reduced errors. Your analytical mindset helps you approach problems methodically, ensuring that you consider all variables before drawing conclusions.
What you'll do
As a Data Analyst at Tennr, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide clarity and insights into how the platform enhances pre-visit patient processing. You will be responsible for building comprehensive ROI analysis strategies that demonstrate the value Tennr brings to its customers. Your work will focus on ensuring that more patient referrals convert into scheduled visits and care delivered, while also reducing claims denied by payers through cleaner data entry and qualification.
You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to implement changes that enhance the user experience. Your role will involve designing customer-focused strategies that aim to reduce patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system. You will also be expected to build relationships with like-minded individuals in the Chelsea office, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
