You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and design teams to understand user interactions and translate insights into thoughtful product decisions. Your ability to incorporate customer feedback from sales and customer success teams ensures that the products you build truly meet user needs. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Engineer at Tennr, you will architect and implement features across both frontend and backend environments, driving direct customer value in the healthcare sector. You will design database schemas and build backend APIs that streamline the referral process for healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate patient care. Your role will involve crafting user interfaces that are not only functional but also engaging, making the platform a joy to use.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to gather insights and iterate on product features based on user feedback. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of healthcare referrals, helping to reduce delays and improve patient outcomes across the U.S. healthcare system. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
