You have a strong background in infusion operations and are passionate about improving healthcare processes. Your practical knowledge allows you to develop workflows that address real-world challenges faced by healthcare providers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and clients to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and clients. Your ability to assess current practices and provide insights on integration and enhancement is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering value to clients through optimized workflows.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with product managers to develop and refine workflows that tackle real-world infusion challenges. You will participate in client discovery sessions to understand their operational pain points and identify areas for improvement. Your insights will directly impact how Tennr optimizes its offerings and enhances client satisfaction.
You will assess current client practices, particularly around EMRs and infusion processes, providing valuable insights on integration and enhancement. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that reduce patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system. You will build relationships with like-minded individuals in the Chelsea office, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
