Comun is hiring a CX Product Manager to design workflows and tools that enhance customer experience for Hispanic immigrants. You'll work at the intersection of product, data, and strategy in their NYC office.

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in customer experience or customer success. You understand the importance of creating systems that simplify complex processes and enhance user satisfaction. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are passionate about serving immigrant communities and are driven by a mission to create upward mobility through innovative financial services.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. Your strategic mindset enables you to think critically about customer needs and how to address them through product enhancements.

What you'll do

As the CX Product Manager at Comun, you will be responsible for architecting the customer experience as the company scales. This role is not just about operations; it involves building systems that integrate product, data, and automation to create seamless workflows. You will design tools and feedback loops that transform complex human processes into simple, intelligent systems, ensuring that millions of immigrant families receive the quality and trust they deserve.

You will work closely with the Customer Success team to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product decisions and enhancements.
