You have a strong background in revenue operations, with at least 3-5 years of experience in optimizing systems and processes that support sales and marketing teams. You understand the importance of data integrity and have experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure that data flows seamlessly across various platforms. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into data to uncover insights that drive operational improvements.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with sales leadership and marketing teams. Your experience with automation tools enables you to build systems that not only capture data but also drive the right behaviors within teams.
What you'll do
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing the systems that power Tennr's go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with the RevOps team to ensure that the CRM and connected systems are set up to capture the right data and facilitate effective communication between teams. Your role will involve designing processes that streamline operations and enhance visibility across the organization.
