You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the cannabis industry, where you've successfully driven sales growth and built strong relationships with clients. You are comfortable with frequent travel within your assigned territory, ensuring that you maintain strong connections with customers and partners.
What you'll do
As the Senior Sales Manager at TerrAscend, you will be responsible for all sales activities within your assigned territory, focusing on third-party customers and wholesale accounts. You will report directly to the Director of Sales, Wholesale for the Northeast Business unit. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while fostering strong relationships with clients. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and collective goals.
You will also analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborating with other departments, you will ensure that sales initiatives align with overall business objectives.
