You have a strong background in sales leadership with a proven track record of driving success in a fast-paced environment. With at least 5 years of experience in sales management, you understand how to build and inspire high-performing teams that consistently meet and exceed targets. You are pragmatic and growth-minded, capable of coaching and developing talent within your team to foster progression and promotion. Your inclusive leadership style ensures that all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute to the company's goals.
Desirable
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics will enable you to guide your team effectively.
