Who you are
You are an experienced Account Management Specialist with a passion for helping small and growing businesses thrive. You have a proven track record of building deep, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs. You are proactive in educating clients about new products and features, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize account value. You are skilled at monitoring account health, catching early warning signals, and taking timely action to retain clients. You act as a bridge between merchants and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You believe in the importance of diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
What you'll do
In this role, you will champion merchant success by engaging regularly with your portfolio of clients. You will drive growth by proactively educating clients on Teya's products and features, identifying opportunities to increase account value. You will monitor account health and take action to prevent churn, reaching out to clients who may be at risk of leaving. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve any technical issues or inquiries, ensuring a frictionless experience for merchants. You will gather structured feedback from clients to inform product development and improve service delivery. Your mission is to be the ultimate growth partner for our merchants, helping them to thrive in their businesses.
