What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the application security strategy at Teya, ensuring that security is embedded in every stage of product development. You will lead the design and implementation of a pragmatic Secure SDLC tailored for a fintech environment, focusing on balancing security with the need for rapid product delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into their workflows, providing guidance and support as needed.

You will conduct security assessments and code reviews, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies. Your role will also involve developing training materials and conducting workshops to enhance the security knowledge of engineering teams. You will stay updated on the latest security trends and threats, ensuring that Teya's security posture remains robust and proactive.
