Who you are

You have a strong background in industrialization processes, particularly in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors. Your experience includes defining and implementing industrial strategies that ensure the readiness of flight hardware. You are skilled in managing supplier relationships and guiding them to achieve the necessary industrial maturity for space applications.

You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to act as the industrial counterpart to technical leaders and program managers. Your ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams ensures that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and timelines.

You are detail-oriented and have a deep understanding of the 5M framework (Manpower, Machine, Method, Material, Measurement). This knowledge allows you to establish and deploy comprehensive industrialization roadmaps that cover both internal and external flows.

Your experience includes conducting audits, process validations, and capability assessments to ensure that suppliers meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace industry. You are adept at defining internal routings, key process parameters, and acceptance criteria for critical components.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus, as is familiarity with propulsion systems and valve technologies. You may also have a background in quality assurance or process engineering, which would further enhance your ability to oversee industrial qualification activities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the complete industrial logic of the valve product line. You will establish and deploy the industrialization roadmap for propulsion valves, ensuring that all processes are robust and ready for flight hardware. Your responsibilities will include supplier involvement, where you will contribute to the identification, consultation, evaluation, and selection of suppliers in collaboration with procurement.

You will support suppliers in reaching the industrial maturity expected for space applications, conducting audits and process validations as necessary. Additionally, you will define internal routings and key process parameters, organizing and overseeing industrial qualification activities to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.

You will act as the industrial counterpart to the Technical Leader Valves and Program Management, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and on schedule. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration between engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
