What you'll do

As the Engineering Leader at Ema, you will own the technical roadmap for the Search platform, shaping its direction for years to come. You will lead the architecture and design of the core systems that power Ema’s Search capabilities, ensuring they are robust and scalable. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of core search platform components with other application teams and partner teams, as well as defining open API specifications for data ingestion.

You will also set the roadmap for the Data Ingestion Platform, which is crucial for securely ingesting, transforming, and indexing data from various sources, including documents and SaaS systems. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Search platform meets the needs of the business and delivers real-world impact.
