What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer on the Conversion & Acquisition team, you will own the vision and execution of products that help potential customers discover and engage with The Farmer’s Dog. Your mission is to design seamless, personalized experiences across our digital touchpoints, ensuring that users understand the value of our offerings and feel confident in their choices. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance user acquisition and retention.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. By analyzing data and user feedback, you will iterate on designs to improve conversion rates and overall user satisfaction. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our products and the overall growth of The Farmer’s Dog, as you help shape the future of pet care through innovative design solutions.

What we offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000—$160,000 USD, along with equity ownership in the company.
