You are an experienced Key Account Manager with over 5 years in a tech or IT service environment β you understand the nuances of client relationships and have a proven track record of driving sales growth. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build lasting connections with clients and internal teams alike, ensuring that you can effectively identify and capitalize on collaboration opportunities.
You possess a solid educational background, ideally from a prestigious business or engineering school, which complements your practical experience in the field. Your passion for technology and digital innovation drives you to stay ahead of industry trends, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to strategize and execute successful pitches. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes and respond to client inquiries with precision sets you apart as a leader in your field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing Theodo's business activities in both the French and Moroccan markets. You will collaborate with startups within the Theodo Group, participating in sales rituals and working closely with various sales representatives to drive success. Your strategic prospecting efforts will involve identifying and approaching potential clients, organizing presentations, and positioning Theodo Maroc as a strategic partner.
You will also play a key role in responding to calls for tenders, qualifying client needs, and actively participating in the drafting of tender responses. Your expertise will be crucial in developing customized solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring that Theodo remains competitive in the market.
Additionally, you will take the lead on one of Theodo Maroc's strategic topics, whether it be staffing or certification, overseeing its progress and driving continuous improvement. Regular coaching sessions with the Head of Sales will support your professional development and enhance your effectiveness in this role.
