Who you are
You have a strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment. You excel at turning complex data into actionable insights that drive strategy and performance. Your ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders is key — you can tell a compelling story with data that influences decision-making. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to optimize performance and drive revenue growth. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to analyze trends and provide strategic recommendations. You are passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and are excited to contribute to a company that values inclusivity and collaboration.
Desirable
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics. A background in go-to-market strategies will help you thrive in this role, as you will be expected to support strategic projects with data-driven recommendations. You are adaptable and eager to learn, ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the VP of GTM Strategy and Operations to build reports and analyze trends that inform strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that improve decision-making across the GTM organization. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their data needs and providing them with the necessary analytics support. You will also play a key role in optimizing performance metrics and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies. You will be expected to present your findings to leadership and contribute to strategic discussions that shape the direction of the company. Your insights will help identify opportunities for improvement and inform the development of new initiatives.
