What you'll do

In this role, you will build and run a unified People Ops system, designing, documenting, and maintaining clear workflows for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, lifecycle changes, and compliance across Egypt, UAE, and KSA. You will create one simple, consistent process that everyone understands and can rely on, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.

You will deliver payroll with high accuracy and full compliance, owning monthly payroll inputs and audits for all countries. Your goal will be to keep monthly variance below 2% and ensure all submissions are correct and on time, partnering with Finance to maintain clean and predictable processes.

Additionally, you will design a strong People Experience across the employee lifecycle, focusing on improving onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and proper documentation. You will strengthen touchpoints throughout the employee journey, aiming for high satisfaction scores and a supportive environment.
