Who you are
You have experience as a Systems Support Engineer, actively contributing to incident management and ensuring the smooth functioning of application systems. Your technical skills include proficiency in Java and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. You are also comfortable with scripting languages like Python, which you use to automate tasks and improve operational efficiencies.
You understand the importance of following standards and best practices to maintain system stability and availability. What you'll do
