Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong understanding of EPM infrastructure and administration, along with solid technical skills. Your background includes finance, budgeting, and forecasting principles, which you leverage to support the FP&A team and executive team effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
You possess experience in maintaining and supporting EPM applications, particularly with Pigment, and have a knack for enhancing infrastructure to meet evolving business needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams allows you to bridge gaps and ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of the existing Pigment EPM application and Tableau data sources. You will expand use cases and enhance the infrastructure to better serve the FP&A team. Collaborating with Sales Operations, the CFO, Accounting, and IT, you will deploy solutions that minimize issues and maximize user satisfaction.
You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise, ensuring that the EPM application runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve gathering feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance the overall user experience.
