You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in hardware engineering projects. Your background includes working closely with electrical, firmware, and product design engineers, ensuring that product goals are met on time and with high quality. You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and innovation in your work, and you thrive in cross-functional team environments where collaboration is key. You are passionate about developing high-quality products that improve operational efficiency and safety in physical operations.
You possess a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, from concept through to mass production. Your experience includes managing complex projects that require meticulous planning and execution. You are adept at navigating challenges and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Desirable
Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) space is a plus, as is familiarity with industries such as transportation, construction, or agriculture. You are comfortable using project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and transparency in your projects. A background in electrical engineering or embedded systems will help you communicate effectively with technical teams and understand the intricacies of product development.
