You have a proven track record in program management, particularly in business operations, and have successfully led cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Your experience includes working closely with engineering, product, analytics, and design teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of initiatives. You thrive in environments where you can bring clarity to complex challenges and structure to ambiguous situations.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and various stakeholders. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the management of critical strategic initiatives within the Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Design organizations.
