What you'll do

In this role, you will lead critical strategic initiatives within Thumbtack's Business Operations Program Management team. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Design organizations to scale operations and align teams. Your responsibilities will include designing operational frameworks that facilitate collaboration and streamline processes, ensuring that teams can work smarter and move faster.

You will be responsible for launching new programs that enhance operational efficiency and drive meaningful outcomes. By embedding yourself across functions, you will bring clarity to complexity and structure to ambiguity, ensuring that initiatives move beyond concept to execution. Your role will involve continuous assessment of operational performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
