What you'll do

As the Business Finance Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving Tide's growth in the Indian market. You will lead the Member Accession Marketing Team, focusing on acquiring and onboarding new SME members. Your responsibilities will include developing targeted marketing strategies, ensuring smooth onboarding journeys, and equipping members to maximize the use of Tide's financial and administrative tools. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve member experiences, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance Tide's presence in the market.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their professional goals. By collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and that the team is well-equipped to meet the needs of SMEs. Your leadership will be key in creating a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, driving Tide's mission forward.
