What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team focused on driving growth in Tide's unsecured loan product portfolio across the designated region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand market reach and increase sales through various channels, including Feet on Street and Direct Selling Agents. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and ensure they meet the needs of SMEs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
