Tide is seeking a Commercial Finance (FP&A) Manager to lead business partnering with operations teams. You'll develop a deep understanding of key revenue and COGS drivers while managing a product P&L. This role requires a strong FP&A or data background, with prior exposure to payments or credit considered.

Who you are
You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in data analysis allows you to derive insights that drive business decisions, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You understand the intricacies of revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS) drivers, and you are adept at managing product profit and loss statements. Your previous experience in the payments or credit sector gives you a unique perspective on financial operations in this space. You are a proactive communicator, able to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
Desirable
Experience with advanced financial modeling and forecasting techniques is a plus. Familiarity with financial software and tools will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead business partnering with operations teams, working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and the Payments team. You will take end-to-end ownership of a product P&L, ensuring that financial performance aligns with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing financial models to support decision-making, analyzing revenue streams, and identifying areas for cost optimization. You will collaborate with various departments to gather insights and provide financial guidance that supports operational efficiency. Regular reporting and presentation of financial results to senior management will be a key part of your role, helping to shape the company's financial strategy. You will also be involved in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that financial targets are met and communicated effectively across the organization. Your insights will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success in the competitive SME banking market.
