You have a strong background in operations analysis, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are skilled in managing daily processes and ensuring smooth operations across various products. Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance operational efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and mitigate risks effectively. You understand the importance of vendor and partner management in maintaining operational excellence.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with SMEs is a plus. Familiarity with payment processes and risk management will set you apart. You are comfortable using various analytical tools and have a knack for optimizing workflows.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the daily payment processes, ensuring that all transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with the Product Management team to identify new features and enhancements that can improve the user experience.
