You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that solve real problems. You are proficient in Figma and have a deep understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product teams to bring ideas to life. Your experience includes conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, ensuring that every interaction with the product is seamless and enjoyable. You are passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and are always looking for ways to improve and innovate. You understand the importance of data-driven design and are comfortable using analytics to guide your design choices.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with small business solutions would be a plus. Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their development is also desirable. You are open to feedback and enjoy mentoring junior designers, helping them grow in their careers.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Tide, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of our SME customers.
