You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building scalable and efficient data management solutions. Your expertise in Java and Python allows you to create robust applications that meet the needs of diverse customers. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with SQL databases to manage and query data effectively. What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer at Tines, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the Records solution, which is critical for how customers capture, structure, query, and visualize data across their automation workflows. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the features you build align with user needs and business goals.
You will take an influential role in shaping the technical direction of the team, contributing to architectural decisions and best practices. Your work will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
In addition to coding, you will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about product strategy and development processes. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
