You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or you bring over 5 years of industry experience to the table. Your proficiency in Golang, Python, and TypeScript sets you apart as a strong candidate for this role. You have proven experience as an SDET or in a similar role within a software development environment, showcasing your ability to maintain high standards of software quality.

Your strong knowledge of automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices allows you to design and implement effective testing processes. You are familiar with tools like Cypress, and you have experience in REST API Testing or K6, which are essential for this position. You are passionately committed to ensuring the highest standards of software quality and dedicated to delivering top-notch products to users.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are your trademarks, enabling you to identify issues and propose effective solutions. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work closely with stakeholders and engineers in a fast-paced startup environment. You are self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in dynamic settings where you can make a significant impact.

Desirable

Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus, as it aligns with Together AI's mission. Experience with CI/CD, Argo CD, or GitHub Actions will enhance your ability to contribute to the team's automation strategy. Additionally, having experience testing sites running on AWS and EKS will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a core member of the SDET Team at Together AI, you will play a key role in setting a high quality bar for our users and customers. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing automated testing processes that ensure the overall quality of our products. You will develop a sustainable test automation strategy and drive accountability across relevant teams to maintain these practices.

You will identify project needs and establish QA best practices and processes that take into account the team's objectives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers, you will ensure that the products we deliver meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools, adapting to the evolving needs of the team and the products.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise in automation testing, and fostering a culture of quality within the organization. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Together AI's products, helping to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.
