What you'll do

As the SVP of Professional Services, you will take complete responsibility for the strategy and execution of Toptal's service lines, including Technology Services, Management Consulting, and Marketing Agency. You will lead the development of operational frameworks that push the limits of what’s possible in technology and talent acquisition. Your role will involve constructing solutions that are scalable and effective, ensuring that Toptal continues to deliver exceptional value to its clients. You will work closely with other executives to drive growth and operational excellence, making a significant impact on the company's trajectory.
