What you'll do

As the Delivery Director at Toptal, you will be responsible for driving delivery excellence across the Services organization. You will oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. Your role will involve working closely with delivery managers to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

You will also focus on revenue retention and growth, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client relationships. Your hands-on leadership will be crucial in guiding teams through complex projects, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
