What you'll do

As a Delivery Manager at Toptal, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client engagements, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with Delivery Directors to translate strategic goals into concrete delivery plans, managing the execution of these plans at the project level. Your role will involve regular client reporting and maintaining strong financial performance for your assigned engagements. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement standardized ways of working that leverage AI technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of project delivery are aligned with client expectations. This includes coordinating with talent acquisition to ensure the right resources are in place for each engagement. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
