You are a customer-centric Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in situations where you are empowered to lead by doing, working directly with users and data to make progress and drive results. You have experience in building high-quality, impactful products and are eager to expand Toptal's product and service offerings. You understand the importance of collaboration and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive innovation at Toptal by expanding the breadth and depth of our product and service offerings. You will work closely with our Operations and Engineering teams to support the organizationβs growth and ensure that each initiative on our product roadmap delivers meaningful impact. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation through development and launch, ensuring that products meet user needs and business objectives. You will leverage a data-focused approach to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives that align with Toptal's strategic goals.
