What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical development of an entire business domain, engaging in requirements formation and architectural design. You will oversee the software development life cycle, ensuring that your team adheres to agile methodologies while maintaining high velocity. Your responsibilities will include identifying areas for product improvement and taking the initiative to implement changes that enhance performance and user experience.

You will work closely with your team to develop solutions that prioritize performance, scale, and resilience. Your code will be critical in maintaining uptime and minimizing latency, as downtime and data loss are unacceptable in your environment. You will also take on a mentorship role, guiding your teammates in their professional development and helping them navigate challenges in their work.
