What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at Trading212, you will develop solutions that address business problems while considering the service architecture and underlying technologies. You will engage in the entire software development lifecycle, taking full ownership of your code and ensuring it remains in good shape through regular refactoring.

You will work in compact, autonomous teams that operate with short release cycles, relying on agile methodologies to maintain velocity without sacrificing quality. Your role will involve developing for performance, scale, and resilience, as your code will run in an uncompromising environment where downtime, latency, and data loss are intolerable.
