You understand the importance of collaboration and have experience partnering with business, product, and engineering teams to define reporting needs. You are committed to improving data accessibility and reporting processes, working closely with BI and Data Engineering teams.

What you'll do

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Trading212, you will play a key role in turning data into actionable insights. You will partner with various teams to define their reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include building, maintaining, and automating dashboards and recurring reports that facilitate cross-team collaboration.

You will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting your findings in a clear and concise manner. Defining and tracking KPIs will be part of your role, ensuring consistency across the organization. Additionally, you will foster a data-driven culture by enabling self-service analytics and supporting business users in their data needs.
