You have an educational background in Finance, Economics, or a similar field, which provides you with a solid foundation for understanding the financial aspects of payments operations. Your familiarity with Risk and Compliance Protocols indicates that you are well-versed in the necessary regulations and standards that govern financial transactions. You are highly adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with colleagues across different departments. You possess excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. What you'll do

In this role, you will process customer payments according to established departmental procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. You will provide support to other departments as needed, including Customer Care, Fraud, Risk, and Finance, which will require you to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams. When complex customer issues arise, you will escalate them to your supervisor or manager, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively. Maintaining confidentiality of customer information at all times is crucial, and you will adhere to all company policies and procedures to protect sensitive data. Your contributions will help Trading212 continue to serve its growing client base effectively, as you play a key role in the payments operations team.
