You are a motivated individual eager to start your career in customer operations, particularly in the financial services sector. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively guide clients through complex processes. What you'll do

In this role, you will handle client inquiries specifically related to portfolio transfers via chat and email, ensuring that clients receive clear and accurate information. You will guide clients through the end-to-end transfer process, explaining requirements and setting the right expectations. Investigating and resolving issues related to portfolio transfers will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of requests. You will coordinate with internal teams, especially Transfer Operations, to secure smooth processing of transfer requests. Proactively monitoring pending cases and following up where needed will be essential to provide clear, timely updates to clients. Additionally, you will act as a trusted point of contact for clients on transfer-related matters, fostering a positive client experience.
