Who you are
You are a customer advocate with a strong customer-oriented approach, ready to join Trading212's team as a Customer Experience Specialist. Your proficiency in English (C1 or above) allows you to communicate effectively with clients, and your adaptability helps you thrive in a rapidly changing environment. You possess good time management and multitasking skills, which are essential for handling incoming inquiries efficiently. Your willingness to learn and develop further enhances your ability to provide top-notch service. Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, and an understanding of the stock market and fintech industry will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will communicate with clients in both English and Bulgarian, addressing their inquiries via chat and email. You will help clients get acquainted with the Trading212 app, ensuring they have a smooth experience. Troubleshooting account-related issues will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you channel client feedback to improve services. You will work on a 24/7 schedule, organized in shifts, to provide continuous support to our expanding international client base.
