You hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, which provides you with a solid foundation for understanding the financial landscape. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to pay great attention to detail, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. You possess process design and management skills, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. With a keen interest in financial markets and trading operations, you are eager to learn how digital products and investment platforms function. You thrive both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Desirable

While not required, knowledge of SQL is a valuable asset that can enhance your ability to analyze data and optimize operational processes. Additionally, proficiency in the German language can be beneficial in communicating with local stakeholders. Previous internships or project experience in a related field will further strengthen your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes that support Trading212's investment platform. You will identify operational issues, investigate their root causes, and support their resolution to ensure seamless operations. Your contributions will include implementing and improving operational workflows, as well as contributing to their automation. You will work closely with Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams to address operational dependencies and challenges, fostering a collaborative environment. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks will be a key responsibility, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and easily accessible. You will also monitor internal systems to optimize operational efficiency and promptly address any potential disruptions. As you gain experience, you will support improvement projects and gradually take ownership of parts of the operation, allowing you to grow within the company.
