You have a foundational understanding of programming, specifically in Python or SQL, which will help you in handling data and automating processes. You are a proactive communicator, able to serve as the primary contact for trade-related inquiries and issues, providing timely support to traders and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will manage day-to-day capital operations and account management tasks efficiently, including manual processing when necessary. You will collaborate closely with technology teams to implement system enhancements and streamline operational workflows, balancing automation with the need for manual controls where appropriate. Your role will involve working with global team members across different time zones to provide timely support and monitor risks effectively.

You will gain exposure to various aspects of quantitative trading operations, including risk management and portfolio asset allocation.
